After Rutigliano vs Locantro and Absolute Electric, William Locantro decided to go another route in custom homes in the Hamptons. In what is scene as “a shadow” business which is electrical contracting, Locantro moved away from that business… particularly after dealing with Fred Mossimo, who had legal problems of a various kinds. It made sense to get into another field and building homes in the Hamptons made a logical choice.

From Ozone Park, New York, Locantro knew how to work the streets , putting in his time and work, he moved up the ranks rendering favors and getting favors in return. Wanting to become legitimate, he started Paramount Custom Homes where he did not have to deal with the likes of people named “Joey Carts”; “Paul The Snoze”; “Louie The Wrench”, and many more. William Locantro could now put down things like “he is an avid collector of art”; (I guess paint by numbers is considered art).

In his capital call, Locantro was handed a huge defeat by Rutigliano. Scrambling for money, Absolute Electric had to pay high interest loans to keep afloat. As such, “The Ape” had to look for other ways to make money and building custom homes seemed like a good decision. Always under fire with lawsuits, (see Randazzo vs Locantro and Absolute Electric et al), Locantro saw this as another way to escape the concrete jungle for the more resplendent living in the Hamptons.

With his failed BD with “Joey Pools”, Locantro receded back into the shadows of Ozone Park and Howard Beach where he was able to maneuver in the under ground making money and plotting his next course. In giving up the day to day operations of Absolute Electric to Robert Romanoff, Locantro is hoping to take some heat off and Paramount Custom Homes seems like the best way out.

In Court. State.Ny.us, Rutigliano vs Locantro stated that Locantro “made a move” on Rutigliano by making a capital call to get him out of the business. This led to a big lawsuit which clearly had a big impact on cash flow. Neither sit downs nor threats could keep this lawsuit from going forward making headline news in the tabloids. In the Randazzo case, it seems that Randazzo took Billy and his brother Jimmy for a ride. Not having the money at closing, Randazzo through a little razzle dazzle and said that the money would be forthcoming, it never was. Randazzo did not have the money to close. A similar thing happened to Locantro when he tried to be the next Steve Rubel when he owned a night club in Queens. With another disaster, the night club was sold as a result of shootings, lack of people showing up to dance. This too was another big business failure.

From “Joey pools” to “Joey Carts”, onto the night club and doing business with Fred Mossimo, Locantro continues to try to hit the big pay day.

So now it’s on to collecting art, playing golf, but the fact remains that being in the shadows is always walking a tight rope. Will Paramount Custom Homes end up like all his other endeavors? Will is be another court room battle? It seems like the MO is to fight with partners. The failed BD, The jet company that he was shown the door just to mention two of them.

Will Paramount Custom Homes go the same way that most of his other companies did? Will it be another lawsuit?

Iran Plans Retaliation to the Assassination of Iran’s Nuclear Mastermind.

A senior adviser to Iran’s supreme leader on Sunday vowed Iran would retaliate over the assassination Iran’s nuclear mastermind Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, which the country has alleged that Isreal was behind. Iran said the assassination bears similarities to the Natanz attack earlier this year, and alleged that Isreal was behind both.

Gov Cuomo say’s a complete shutdown is still possible. Many question as to why when the WHO say’s that it should be the last possible resort. Anthony Fauci states that shutdowns should be the last possible resort and many are questioning the draconian decision to hamper businesses further than they have. People in New York and New Jersey are especially mad at Church services being closed down given the light on rioters being out in the open with no masks, many wonder why places of worship are being shut.

With at least three companies on the cusp of the vaccine, many are hoping to be back to normal by June the latest. Covid 19 has been a taxing burden on the American population and many want to get back to normal ( Paramount Custom Homes filed for PPP).
