  • “ The Lehman Trilogy”. This show will win the Tony Award for Best Play! Look for “Lehman” to clean up as well for Best Actor,
  • Best Set Design, Sound and many other awards on Tony night. Set in a cube, the story of the Lehman family coming to America
  • as German immigrants. The story takes us through the trials and tribulations of three generations of the Lehman family. Al-
  • though the play is three and a half hours long, it keeps the audience engrossed. Sam Mendes directs this well written play beau-

  • “Caroline, Or Change”. Tony Kushner writes a dud. This campy musical takes place in St. Charles Louisiana over the course of
  • two months in 1963. Like “Angels In America” and most of his theatrical writing, Kushner tries to cram in to many things into the
  • musicals book. The second act have some very good songs but not enough to make up for the weak first act. The musical deals
  • with race in the South and the struggles of Caroline and the family that she works for. At Studio 54, West 54th Street bet 8th and
